it’s a dress, it’s a skirt, its BOTH!

I’m all about getting the best bang for my buck this summer and when I came across this orange pleated maxi it dawned on me that I could wear it as a dress or a skirt. The maxi works for pretty much any summer occasion and can easily be dressed up with a statement necklace or down with simple studs and a daytime bucket bag. I also like the idea of belting it. When worn as a skirt, a high heel is essential, unless you are at the beach and long sheath brushing the sand is always a good idea.
