Let me tell you about the beauty of the shirt dress. This is my “don’t have time to look put together but still want to look put together” piece. A shirtdress is so easy to wear, and an easy alternative to stressing about (gasp!) a top and bottom combo during the 30 second window allocated to busy ladies for dressing each morning.
Baby blue is hot, hot, hot for spring. I recently attended a spring fashion show at Tootsies and the majority of the outfits had at least a component of this blue hue. Which works for me since I tend to hoard blue and white striped things. You can bring in almost any color with a blue+white combo; I like going the primary color route with red, yellow and dark blue or popping in bright shades of pink and purple.
